Positive Reviews
positive:
Great Location, Convention Centre Near
This is the ideal spot for an extended visit or business trip to the Gold Coast, with its short walk to the beach, numerous dining and take-away restaurants as well as the Convention and Exhibition Centre. On-site parking is very secure, plentiful and quite helpful since street parking is difficult in this area.
positive:
Modern, Tidy Rooms
Spacious units with open floor plans leading into large seating and dining areas and bright balconies. Plenty of kitchen supplies are provided for cooking meals.
positive:
Delightful Hosts
The host family are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. They are all from the area and therefore very knowledgeable on everything you need to know on attractions, tours, directions and highlights - don't hesitate to ask them for a tip!
Negative Reviews
negative:
No Bedroom A/C
Although there's air conditioning in each apartment, there aren't any A/C units located in the bedrooms - which may make for a warmer evening than you'd like. However, if you leave the bedroom door open you'll be able to enjoy the cool air from the living room unit.
negative:
Expensive Wi-Fi
The in-room Wi-Fi costs a fee here, and it's not cheap! Not a very popular situation considering Wi-Fi is usually free in most hotels these days. Time to update this one, managers!

A Few Dated Items and Areas
Maybe a quick and light refurb is in order. The bedding, pillows, hair dryers and a few other odds and ends could use a replacement. Of course, if you're uncomfortable please speak to the reception staff. They'll do their best to help you out.
