    This condo hotel is close to everything nearby - sports facilities, the beach, cafes, shops, restaurants, and the list could go on and on. Whatever you need, it's within walking distance.

    Spacious, well stocked apartments

    The apartments offer plenty of space for you to spread out and relax. They also come with a washer, dryer, and well stocked kitchen for cooking your own meals.

    Some apartments are in poor repair

    Though some of the units are nicely modernised, some are quite old, with outdated furniture and peeling paint. In addition, some apartments may have faulty or broken light switches, appliances, or plumbing. Be sure to keep the office number close at hand in case your room is one of the bad ones.

    Shampoo, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi are extra

    Your room does not include shampoo by default - not especially strange for apartment and condo hotels.
