Positive Reviews
positive:
Nice setting near essential facilities
The train station is just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel and there are taxis in the area readily available. Guests who would prefer to dine outside the hotel can do so as plenty of restaurants and eateries are within reach. Many shops are within a walking distance of the hotel.
positive:
Very helpful and professional staff
Most members of the staff are bilingual and speak English fluently. This helped when communicating with international guests as they did not have to struggle to put their points across. The employees are very courteous, attentive to guests’ needs and they always ensure you leave the hotel satisfied.
positive:
The hotel offers best value for money
Majority of the guests felt that the prices were affordable and they were happy staying at the hotel. All the rooms are well groomed, clean and well furnished.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Wi-Fi signal keeps going on and off and is weak
Using the hotel’s Wi-Fi connection was quite frustrating as the signal kept dropping. According to a number of guests, the signal also was very weak in the guestrooms and almost missing in other areas.
negative:
The breakfast had no variety
Majority of guests felt that the breakfast spread had no variations as they wished. As the same buffet was provided day in day out, many found it to be boring after a while. They felt that the hotel really needs to add some more choices.
negative:
Wheelchair access is limited
With particular regard to the dining areas and other areas, disability access is somewhat hampered by the closely packed tables. Manoeuvring is quite a challenge for the mobility impaired.
