The hotel was found to be nice for many guests as it was walking distance from the old part of town. There were also various public transportation stops to explore other areas of the city, as well as plenty of cafes and bars.

Many guests enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning as there were various items available to choose from. The hotel also has 24/7 hot beverages available in the lobby. The breakfast items and drinks were found to be tasty.

Many guests were happy to have clean and spacious rooms with modern bathrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable, furnishings were modern and the showers were running smoothly. The rooms were comfortable and easy to stay in.

The lift was said to be very loud and slow for some guests. They would have preferred the lift to be in better working conditions since it can be scary to ride something that can get stop. It also does not go up to the rooms.

Some guests found the price of the hotel to be overpriced, as they found the decorations, the lift and the overall ambiance was not worthy of a four star hotel price. They felt there was not enough amenities in the rooms.

Some guests mentioned the Wi-Fi was a bit of a hassle to use during their stay, given it kept logging off and was not quick. Some guests mentioned their tickets would expire so they had to keep getting new ones to log in.
