The breakfast is not so amazing
Many guests found that the breakfast buffet was not on the same level of quality as provided by other four-star hotels in the city.
negative:
The staff could be more professional
While some guests enjoyed the service provided by the staff, others were not so impressed. Some have found that the staff was rude and unprofessional when guests wanted to change their rooms or if they had an issue.
negative:
The hotel could use some rennovations
Many guests feel that the hotel could use some works. The carpets seem quite worn, some of the rooms are musky, and sometimes the Wi-Fi does not work properly. The hotel also does not offer a proper bar service.
