Off the beaten track.
While the hotel is not far from Orly and Charles de Gaulle Airports, it's found in the far east of outer Paris just two stops from the end of the metro. Some guests have expressed their apprehension about the hotel's locality and neighborhood which they thought of as seedy and a bit dodgy. This though could be more perception than reality since most guests reported that they did not experience any problems when moving around at night.
negative:
Parts of the hotel not-so-clean.
Some guests have complained that the carpets in the lobby had large visible stains while the some said that they spotted pests such as ants in their rooms.
negative:
Botched reservations.
A few guests reported that the hotel failed to reserve their rooms as per agreement and were forced to stay in different rooms upon checking-in.
