Negative Reviews
negative:
A Cramped Dining Room.
While many guests raved at the delicious breakfast, some felt the dining room tables were placed uncomfortably close together. Consequently, these guests felt like they were having breakfast with the neighbour, eating noises and all.
negative:
Better Be Punctual on Arrival.
Some guests felt a little hemmed in by having to state an exact arrival time. This stern policy made guests feel less than relaxed by the time they reached the venue. It didn't help to be received by some staff members described as stand-offish.
negative:
Re-Using Jam Jars at Brekky Time.
Complaints were made of being served jam and honey jars that had clearly been used before, appearing to have been simply re-filled in between uses. This made some diners feel put off what would have otherwise been a delicious breakfast.
