Hotel Los Castaños is located in Cartajima, a small pueblo blanco just 15km from busy touristy Ronda. A quiet place to relax in after visiting the many fascinating monuments in Ronda. Los Castaños prides itself on the understated luxury that is evident in the well-appointed rooms as well as the comfortable public areas where richly coloured rugs, hanging ceramics, and warm Moroccan lights provide an ambiance of comfort and tranquillity. The six peaceful and spacious rooms are furnished and equipped to provide homeliness and independence in a fully serviced but unobtrusive environment. Breakfast is an international fusion feast befitting a small 6-bedroom village inn: the buffet comprises fresh orange juice, fresh fruit salad, cereals, breads, cheese and meats from the area, Greek yogurts, and eggs are always on offer cooked however required. Dinner is served upon request: three courses of Western Mediterranean cuisines. It is slow food so notice is required in the morning for dining in the evening. Also a snack menu is available any time.
