Our classy and cosy apartments offer contemporary comfort and a lot of space for an unforgettable holiday with the whole family in the Tyrolean Alps! We have free parking place and in the winter a small Sauna. Around the Ötztal a lot of first-class ski areas as well as plenty of sports activities in the nature are expecting you. Therefore, you will enjoy lots of variety. Just one kilometre away from our house there is the family friendly ski area Hochötz situated. Hochötz offers more than 39 kilometres of pistes. There you will find ski-runs in each level of difficulty and rustic ski huts with an excellent cuisine. By car you will arrive at the bigger ski areas like Kühtai (25 minutes, 80 kilometers of pistes), Sölden (35 minutes, 110 kilometers of pistes) and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl (55 minutes, 110 kilometers of pistes). Besides you have several smaller ski areas like Vent, Niederthai and Gries to choose from in the immediate vicinity. Experience the nature apart from the ski slope at extended ski tours and winter walks, at cross-country skiing and snowshoeing as well as at bob running, ice-skating and ice-climbing. Around our house you will find some sledge runs and winter walks – especially the Piburger See invites you to a romantic walking tour through an idyllic winter wonderland. For all those, who prefer it a little bit more relaxed, we recommend the thermal baths and saunas of the Aqua Dome which is just 19 kilometers away. The wide wellness area offers twelve indoor and outdoor swimming pools, seven saunas as well as four restaurants and bars with delicacies for everyone.
