Hotel Aqua Dome (Längenfeld, Austria)

The thermal pools just outside of the hotel are simply beautiful, peaceful, and idyllic.

This hotel is very convenient to some great skiing, and is always a nice, warm place to return to. Families who stay at the hotel state that there it is very family friendly with entertainment on site for the children to enjoy.

Everyone who stays raves about the levitating bowls outside. One can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains from them, and at night they light them up with mini Olympic torches.

Because the spa on site is open to those not staying at the hotel, each amenity is charged for separately by use of an electronic band. Many have stated that they were inadvertently charged for amenities that they did not participate in, which created a headache upon checkout.

Depending on when you visit here the thermal pools won't be as warm as you would expect. Many guests thought the pools should be hot and steamy like a bath, and they were sorely disappointed.

More than one guest has reported that the staff, in general, were discourteous, not helpful, and in some instances belligerent and rude when asked questions.
