Negative Reviews
negative:
The hotel is mid-facelift.
Although many of the guest rooms have recently been renovated, some have not. The refurbished rooms tend to be on the higher floors of the hotel, so be sure to ask for one of these rooms when checking in.
negative:
Things can get noisy.
Because this is a busy part of the city, things can get noisy, especially at night. If you’re looking for a quite night’s sleep, mention this upon check-in, and ask for a room on a higher floor, facing the courtyard or the rear of the property.
negative:
There’s no restaurant here.
Libertel Gare du Nord – Suède serves Continental breakfast only, for an added charge, and there is no restaurant or bar on the premises. Luckily, there are dozens of places to dine in the neighborhood. Try the nearby Piccola for French and Italian fare.
