Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the hotel and a 24-hour reception desk and the daily maid service ensures that all guests’ needs are met. A buffet-style breakfast is served in the morning, as is an express breakfast meal which includes coffee, juice and a pastry and there is also an on-site bar/lounge. Guests can also enjoy the numerous bars, cafes and restaurants in the area surrounding the hotel. The Eiffel Tower is a short distance away as is a Metro station so guests have easy access to landmarks such as the Arc du Triomphe.

Considering the location and the hotel’s proximity to the Eiffel Tower and centre of Paris, the hotel is good value for the booking price.
The multi-lingual staff are accommodating, welcoming and more than willing to help with any requests or queries that guests may have. Furthermore they are knowledgeable and forthcoming with information regarding tourist attractions.
Some guests found the rooms to be rather small but acquiesced that this was the case with most European hotels and, given the wonderful location, was to be expected. The size of the room did not diminish from anyone’s stay.
While the majority of guests found the buffet-style breakfast to be delicious, as it offers a wide variety of food that ranges from croissants to scrambled eggs, the fact that the breakfast was not included in the price was disappointing.
Despite the comments above, most guests could not find fault with the Eiffel Capitol and these points did not diminish the majority of guests' enjoyment.
