Hotel Britannique (Paris, France)

Britannique is within a half mile of Louvre and a block away from Seine – you won’t have to walk very far to get to all the different attractions Paris has to offer. If you want to travel to places a bit further out, there’s the Metro right nearby.

The rooms at Britannique are decently sized, giving them a cosy, at-home feeling. Both the facilities and the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, so you can always count on your room being freshly stocked with items.

Early check-in is welcomed, and staff members will work hard to make your room available as early as possible. Once you check in, you will find fresh fruit in your room and a little tea set for you to enjoy.

Though there are kettles provided in the rooms, some of them are outdated and need to be replaced, as they can be hard to plug in. Staff members could do a better job at keeping the tea and coffee refilled, too.

While there is an elevator for guests to use, it’s definitely smaller than most average lifts. Because of this, usually only three people can fit in it at a time, so you may have to wait.

If your room faces the street, you may find yourself dealing with some noise late at night. In addition to the street noise, there’s a bar located right across the street.
