The rooms are found to be spacious and clean by many guests. They got into the rooms with an airy feeling and the housekeeping was consistent. It was nice to stay in accommodations that are clean and comfortable.

The hotel is easily accessible from plenty of public transportation, such as the light rail. It is also close to the airport and bus routes take people from the hotel to the airport. It is also close to Nord Park which was nice for recreation.

The staff were found to be very friendly towards guests during their stay. They would help the guests with advice on where to visit and explore the city. Most guests felt the staff spoke very good English as well.

Some guests found the hotel to be average at best which means the price paid for was found to be elevated. The amenities were very basic, furnishings old and a tired looking hotel, with no free breakfast. It was found to be very basic for the price charged.

The location of the hotel is too noisy given its location in the city, and some guests found it hard to fall asleep in peace. The noises would keep waking them up at night, and this can be the most annoying thing for people.

Some guests found that their rooms smelled too much of smoke even though they were sold as non-smoking rooms. The rooms were found to be too uncomfortable. The hotel should have been able to get rid of the smells beforehand.
