Beautifully decorated and featuring multiple terraces, a garden, and a glass-enclosed indoor pool that opens up to the living room, this house is furnished with modern furniture and boasts two marble bathrooms in contrasting black and white. The house is located in the heart of Montreuil, a cosmopolitan and lively neighborhood often referred to as the "French Brooklyn" by The Times. Situated on a quiet street in a chic artists' district, it is well-connected to Paris by metro, buses, trams, and RER, all within a 10-minute walk, and only 20 minutes away from the center of Paris. The house reflects the lifestyle of Parisian creators. With a large living room featuring an indoor pool, a dining area, a spacious gallery with a library, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a welcoming open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garden, and two marbled terraces with a "Sicilian" ambiance, shaded by cypress and palm trees, this house offers a unique living experience. "Workaholic"? You'll appreciate the high-speed fiber internet connection and various seating options that allow you to work at any time. Sporty? You'll have access to yoga mats and an elliptical bike. A fan of well-being and cocooning? You can relax in the indoor pool or the steam room. Gamer or movie enthusiast? You'll enjoy sitting in front of the giant HD laser projector. Foodie? You will meet Soumaya, who assists you with anything you need during your stay. We provide cleaning twice a week and change bed linens and towels once a week.
