Rosebank B&B is located in the middle of Etchingham village, 5 minutes' walk from the mainline station directly to London. The room is separate from the house so you have a key to come and go as you please. Etchingham is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty with many national trust properties and beautiful gardens nearby. A perfect base to explore the surrounding countryside or to stay whilst visiting friends or family in the area. There is a double sofabed in the room which can be made up at an extra cost for 1 adult/2 children. Prices include continental breakfast which you have in the privacy of your room at whatever time you wish to get up in the morning! Etchingham village boasts a fantastic villlage shop/deli and the Bistro at the station, perfect for morning coffees, bite of lunch or a glass of wine in the evenings. Batemans, Rudyard Kiplings house in Burwash is 2 miles down the road. Pashley Manor Gardens just up in Ticehurst, Bodiam Castle on a 7 minute drive away as well as Scotney Castle Gardens in Lamberhurst and Sissinghurst and Great Dixter a little further afield. Bedgebury Pinetum at Flimwell houses one of the worlds largest collection of conifers.
