positive:
Clean and well maintained establishment
Guests applaud the cleanliness of the place. Bathrooms are well maintained and guests make special mention of the products and towels supplied, which they find to be of a high standard.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Privacy compromised
Some guests feel that while the rates are slightly on the higher side, it does not buy the privacy ensured in the middle of the woods. The yurts are all closely located and sounds of people chatting and moving are heard all the time. Guests say they even had people coming into their yurts in the middle of the night disturbing their sleep.
negative:
Damp smell inside the yurts
Several guests
find the interior of the yurts smelling of damp and feel that freshening them
up should definitely be on the cards for the establishment.
negative:
Allotted time cut short
You might feel a bit rushed when your time slots allotted for the spa services are cut short. This is an experience some guests found not at all relaxing. Many times specific requests for a late Check-out are not met even when guests have paid for it.
