Most guests commend the relaxed atmosphere and the highly satisfying experience within the pool area. The place is perfect for big families and fun corporate outings. Moreover, the pool area also includes an outdoor hot tub, which is very comforting especially after a long day.
Some of the minor issues encountered by guests were the loud noise coming from the neighboring rooms due to loud television and noisy people talking. The traffic noise was also very irritating for some guests such as the loud honking of horns from the cars or delivery vans.
Guests were quite displeased with the lack of designated parking area provided for them. Due to the excessive number of people who visit the hotel just to try out and experience their famous Taco nights which is open for everyone, parking spaces are insufficient.
Some guests are disappointed with the lack of enough gym equipment available. The few treadmills were not enough to service all the guests who just want to have a quick exercise. Thus, guests mentioned that they want this specific area to be improved by providing more gym equipment.
