Positive Reviews
positive:
Great food: great atmosphere.
Members of staff are attentive and friendly, the food is mega-delicious and everything is relaxed and enjoyable. The background reggae music ensures that a good time is had by all.... + means that this meal will stay in the memory until … same time tomorrow!
positive:
Perfect accommodation.
Accommodation isn’t lavishly furnished but it is more impressive due to the fact that the décor is simply and in complete sympathy with the setting. If you are lucky enough to get sea or beach views (*try insisting!) – then, you’re in for the holiday of a lifetime.
positive:
Personalised services.
The restaurant setting is perfect bu,t sometimes, you just want to kick off the flip-flops and relax in your own space. You can combine the two here by asking the chefs to come and cook for you in your own quarters. How great is that!
Negative Reviews
negative:
Watered down enthusiasm.
The beach, or rather the sea, is a bit worrying. The water is a bit murky. A short walk down the local street, though, finds that the water there is crystal clear!
negative:
Lack of air conditioning.
If you are in accommodation without air conditioning, you’re in for an uncomfortable holiday. Some say the lack of air con is compensated for by the sea breeze. Sometimes it is – quite often, it isn’t.
negative:
Time to bite back.
There are thousands of fascinating, tiny little things that scuttle around the beach at night before disappearing completely. These are either hermit crabs … or some of the less friendly locals trying to break into your car. *Never leave it unlocked.
