The pool area is safe and very clean. There are a lot of sun beds available according to many guests, and the pool towels provided also have excellent qualities.

Bottled water is not free during dinner
A few guests noted that they had to pay for bottled water during dinner because ordinary water was not available. The price was remarkably higher compared to the retail price at the supermarket, and some guests added that the water they ordered took longer than usual to arrive.

Some guests had minor conflicts with the receptionists concerning room assignment. They were a bit disappointed when they knew that the rooms they booked months or weeks ago could not be given to them. The staff just said that the rooms with same standards were already occupied.
