    One of the highlights of your stay at Centerhotel Thingholt will be the great staff service; the team members are awesome even when serving you a getaway breakfast at 3.30 am.

    Since you are almost on main shopping street, with airline bus transfers just around corner, tour pick-ups nearby, and the harbour, lake and museums within a small distance, you can really see everything in Reykjavik by foot.

    Whether it be in the rooms themselves, or in public areas like the lobby, some found the ambient lighting to be trendy, but a little to dim for their liking.

    The central location means that there will most likely be some noise from weekend revelry, so make sure to take some earplugs if you happen to be staying on a Friday or Saturday.
