Negative Reviews
negative:
Housekeeping concerns
Several guests reported that their units were not completely cleaned when they first arrived, as was evident by the floors not having been mopped and the kitchen supplies not appearing to be new. They noted that there is no daily full-service housekeeping, and items like trash bags, soaps or toilet paper are not replenished.
negative:
On the pricey side
Guests noted that the value of the hotel did not quite measure up to what it used to be anymore, and therefore the rooms seem to be a bit too expensive compared to similar hotels in the area. Repeat guests reported that the resort would require some updating to still give you great value for your price, and some of the amenities were a bit disappointing, such as the glasses provided in the kitchen being made of plastic and the utensils being insufficient for the number of guests.
negative:
Some room complaints
While most guests loved their condos, some reported staying in units that were not modern, had uncomfortable beds and sofas, and old carpets.
