Positive Reviews
positive:
This is a non-smoking hotel
Templeton Hotel prohibits smoking throughout the property. This is really wonderful for those who do not imbibe and like to enjoy their stay in a place that doesn't reek of second-hand smoke or the unpleasant residual odour that smoking often provides.
positive:
The staff is great
A friendly, knowledgeable staff welcomes you at check-in, open 24 hours, and makes you feel at home. They are happy to accommodate most any request and can easily point you in the direction of places to dine and drink, as well as the many popular attractions this area has to offer.
positive:
The rooms are spacious and clean
The guest rooms at this hotel are spotlessly clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and large, fluffy towels, as well as lots of amenities like toiletries and a hairdryer, make your stay a relaxing one.

The hotel needs an update
This property could really use an update. Dated furnishings and decor that seems stuck in the past could detract from your stay.

You may have to wait for service
Both of the restaurants and the bar located on property can get really busy, especially on weekends and during peak travel season, which means you may have to wait for service and your food. But the good news is that once the food arrives, you'll find that it was worth the wait.

There's a fee for Wi-Fi
There's a fee for Wi-Fi in the guest rooms at Templeton Hotel which is certainly a drag. However, you do have the choice of paying the surcharge or using your devices in the public spaces where the Wi-Fi is free.
