Positive Reviews
positive:
Great Location
With so many attractions in close proximity, guests find the location to be excellent. Many commented on the hotel being close to many restaurants as well, giving them plenty of choices on where to eat. Guests also noted that there were several bus stops close by, providing better access to the sights.
positive:
Courteous Staff
Guests repeatedly remarked on how friendly and courteous the staff are. They noted that the staff were not only nice, but that some were bilingual, making communication much easier. Staff was willing to accommodate most requests by guests.
positive:
Clean Accommodations
Most guests were very pleased with how clean the rooms were. Daily maid service to empty the rubbish and spruce up the rooms kept everything noticeably tidy. While the rooms themselves are not luxurious, they are well maintained.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not Handicap Friendly
Even after calling for special accommodations due to disabilities, guests found the facilities difficult to manage. The shower stalls had a large lip at the base that prevented the disabled guest from using it and counters were too high to reach.
negative:
Little or No Breakfast
Guests must request a continental breakfast through room service for a surcharge. With the price of the hotel, they felt it should have been included as part of their stay. Those that ordered the breakfast complained that it was meager at best.
negative:
Noisy Neighbours
Many guests complained that they could easily hear the neighbouring guests, especially when the doors were slammed shut. Any sound in the hallway was distinctly heard inside the room. That included conversations in a normal tone of voice.
