    The rooms in this hotel are pleasantly spacious. They are ‘sizeable’, as one guest said. Another described the rooms as ‘huge’.

    Refurbishment required.

    It has been mentioned that the hotel is tired and dated looking, and from the carpet stains, it seems that it had suffered from flooding in the past. Some of the fixtures and fittings need replacing. While the hotel is certainly clean, it appears to need a refurbishment to update its appearance and give it a shiny new look again.

    One room booked, another given.

    There are quite a few complaints that the room booked is not the room given, that a double room was booked and a twin room was given, or vice versa. This is very disappointing and the hotel offers no explanation. It seems that the staff should be a little more fastidious about the bookings. If they offer a certain room, they should ensure that it really is available. Once the booking is done, there should be no change and if there has to be, the guest should be informed by email, along with an explanation.
