The Art Nouveau villa “Villa Anna Isole Borromee”, which was built in 1908, is located approx. 1.9 km above Baveno and the wonderful lake-side promenade, with the ferry landing pier. You can take the ferry to many of the surrounding places you may wish to visit. Baveno railway station is also only approx. 2 kms away. You can get to the centre of Milan City by train in approx. 1 hour. This complex is in a unique and panoramic location, with breathtaking views of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the surrounding mountains. During the careful restoration of the heritage-protected Art Nouveau villa, the structure of the old facade was preserved and, when necessary, restored. The result: a stylish villa which has been equipped with all modern conveniences, while retaining the charm of its original facade with its wonderful frescos. Amenities in this garden area include an outdoor shower, deckchairs and umbrellas. Children will love the small playground.
