Complicated in-room settings
Many struggled to operate some of the in-room amenities here. The hobs and AC units were points of annoyance and guests commented that some sort of literature was needed in units in order to help guests figure out how to operate these amenities.
negative:
No free Wi-Fi
Given its well-considered design and numerous thoughtful amenities - especially the in-room kitchenettes as well as the pool and gym areas - many were unhappy to find that the Wi-Fi here is not a complimentary service. This struck guests as an odd oversight.
negative:
Tiny car park, limited keycard access
The very small car park was another point of discontent here, with many guests reporting that they had difficulties parking. Finally, this accommodation operates access via a key card system and guests were annoyed to find that their cards only allowed them entry to the floors on which they were staying.
