Staff are really friendly and make guests feel very welcome. They are helpful and efficient, always being on site should you need them and responding quickly when guests have any requests or problems. They are happy to offer guests their great local knowledge of Port Stephens.

Guess highly rate the location of these apartments. They find them very central for everything they want, being just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach and an easy walk from the town centre with shops and restaurants, the marina and local club.

Apartments are spacious, clean and well maintained. They include all the amenities you would want away from home, with a well equipped kitchen and a washer dryer. Outside, guests like the heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi and the covered barbecue area with seating.

The apartments have air-conditioning but this does not run throughout the apartments, with bedrooms having ceiling fans. Although the fans do cool things down guests find that after a hot day the bedrooms can still be quite warm on a night.

Guests like that Wi-Fi is included at these apartments although the service does not consistently work well. It was not working at all some days, and some guests were unable to connect as their apartment was too far from the router, while others simply described it as poor.

Some guests thought that their apartments were now showing some age and the fact that they were used quite heavily, looking and feeling a little bit tired. The management is continually working on a programme of upgrades but you may get an apartment that has not yet been updated.
