LivingApple Beach was founded by Luca and Maria, husband and wife, both keen travelers, the pair had become increasingly dissatisfied with expensive, anonymous hotels. As an alternative, they found that guests were choosing private rentals – a concept which offered guests cheaper, more personal accommodation options and an overall more authentic holiday experience. And thus, the pair decided to create a company which would combine technical know-how, a passion for travel and a closer attention to the individual needs of users, all rooted in the unique flavor of Italy. The result of this is LivingApple . Our goal is to provide an accessible, affordable alternative to hotels, with a strong focus on quality and value-for-money. employees working at our headquarters in the heart of Italy: the geographical position of the Gulf of Gaeta is characterized by the fact of being protected by the mountain range Aurunci: it takes only 30 minutes to move easily from the sea to the Monte Redentore (1252 on sea level).
