Rooms that "feel like home"...
Though housekeeping services are only provided weekly, most guests give the team top marks as they arrive to find the rooms "impeccable." Guests who choose the serviced apartments rave about the large, well equipped kitchen area, and almost everyone likes the beds as well as the modern yet comfortable decor. Some rooms open onto a balcony or terrace, and these areas are much prized. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable.

No room in the garage...
Several guests have experienced some confusion regarding booking a parking space in advance, and/or have arrived to find the garage full. The nearest public garage seems to be a fair distance and not inexpensive.
negative:
A basic breakfast...
A few guests have found the breakfast buffet a bit lacking in variety and hot dishes for the price. Others have been irritated to find there are no coffee machines in the rooms, though the complimentary coffee in the lobby is available 24/7.
negative:
Stay away from the street...
A few guests have noted that the Classic Rooms (without kitchenette) face a 6-lane street, and some light sleepers have a tough night without ear plugs.
