Positive Reviews
positive:
In a busy area
The hotel is located in the tourism sector of Dubai. It is surrounded by shops, malls, markets, restaurants, and entertainment. It is also close to many corporations for business needs, like Dubai Healthcare City, and is only 15 minutes from the beach. It suits both pleasure and business needs. The hotel is also close to local public transportation.
positive:
A flexible choice
The hotel is great for an extended stay. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully-equipped for both cooking and eating. For those who have more guests staying, many size units are available with lots of different options for beds and baths.
positive:
A lot of extra features
Many of the rooms have great views of local scenic areas and some rooms even have terraces with enough space to sit and relax. Plus, many of the rooms are nonsmoking. Also, the WiFi is both fast and reliable.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not the best breakfast
Some special room rates come with an included breakfast, but that doesn't really add to the value of the price or stay. The breakfast is mediocre, at best, with mostly cold options that aren't very tasty or healthy. Nothing is served hot, not even the coffee.
negative:
Greedy with supplies
The hotel does not have a free and helpful hand when it comes to unit supplies. The units seem to be engineered for two. So, there is cutlery and dishes for two people, and towels for two. Even if you have a larger group upon check-in, you'll still have to specially request more supplies. Also, the hot water isn't turned on unless specially asked for.
negative:
Lacking in cusomer service skills
Many staff at the reception desk treat guests more like complaining bothers than paying customers. Often their behaviour seems more rude than friendly.
