Despite occasional communication breakdowns, staff are generally excellent and work tirelessly to enhance guest's experiences. Reviewers are routinely wowed by this stunning natural setting. Nature lovers are blown away by the abundance of plants animals brightening the resort, while those taking to the sea marvel at the marine life. The limestone karsts jutting from the sea are every traveler's first photo.

Some arrivals have been disappointed at the lack of a sea view from rooms, while others said the accommodations are in need of updating. Old beds are uncomfortable, water from showers is low-pressure, AC units are loud and unreliable, bathroom tiles are cracked and TVs show only static.
