The accommodation’s owner was commended by essentially all previous guests. The level of service supplied was thought of as exceptionally welcoming, kind and helpful.

A highlight for the large majority of past visitors was the breakfast served by the B&B. As well as reportedly using quality ingredients that were prepared to a great standard, it was often stated that the breakfast was ample and an ideal way to start the day.

The beds in the rooms have received top marks for comfort from many former guests that stayed at the accommodation. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms – and property in general – was highly rated by and large.

Whilst far from a serious issue, the location of the B&B was not judged as the best when compared to other choices in the area. With a position in the North Shore, getting to popular South Shore attractions – which are approximately two miles away – was not practical when on foot.

According to overall feedback, the free Wi-Fi was not one of the strongest features of staying at the accommodation. In particular, the range of the Wi-Fi was seen as somewhat inadequate, with it being apparently unable to suitably reach the higher floors of the building.

On occasion, the size of the rooms has come under criticism from previous visitors to the B&B, with it said that both the rooms and en-suite spaces were cramped. In addition, the rooms – and property in general – were considered basic.
