The majority of staff at Turtle Beach by Rex Resorts will go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. As well as ensuring that your guestroom is clean and well maintained, they will also go about their business in a friendly and efficient manner.

As well as it being great to be able to step from your room straight onto beach, the general location and vibe of this property is lovely. It's quiet, with well kept grounds and delivers majestic views of the ocean. It's a delight to check out the leatherback turtles.

The Wi-Fi at Turtle Beach by Rex Resorts isn't very impressive. It can be hard to get online and, once you have managed to log on, it might be frustratingly sluggish.

It feels like the restaurant is a little understaffed at times. It can take quite a long time for your food to arrive and even just getting a coffee or some water is a surprisingly drawn out process. If you are in a hurry, this can be very irritating.

While most of the staff at this hotel are great, a few of them are less affable. Some employees might seem to be put out if you have a request and you may feel that your presence is something of an annoyance to them.
