The property is in a good position, in that it is pretty close to everywhere you will want to visit yet is still relatively peaceful and quiet. The view of the ocean from the balconies is absolutely delightful and certainly a lovely sight to wake up to in the morning.

Kingston Plantation Condos could use something of a revamp. The place is feeling quite old nowadays and in need of repair and refurbishing. The furniture is worn and some of it needs to be replaced. Repairs here and there and a general freshen up would do the world of good.
You could find that certain essentials are not in your room or are in short supply. Toilet paper and coffee have a tendency to run out and you may have to request some more from reception. There might not be enough towels either and the ones that are are quite small.
