Guests mentioned that they enjoyed their interactions with the employees at this hotel. From the front desk to the breakfast staff, they do an excellent job of putting their customers first.

Visitors mentioned that the hotel is ideally located if you're looking to spend time at the beach. It's only a short walk to Condado Beach or the Atlantic Ocean. It's also near entertainment, restaurants and old San Juan according to guests.

A number of guests commented that they enjoyed the free breakfast provided by the hotel. Although crowded, guests did enjoy what was offered and felt there was a decent mix of choices.

Guests mentioned that, although clean, the guestrooms are relatively small. Some visitors mentioned that even the breakfast room, elevator and bathroom space are tiny when compared with other hotels. For some guests, using the toilet can be a challenge because of the cramped conditions.

A handful of visitors mentioned that the only parking available is across the street and rather expensive. Others mentioned they had difficulty finding a spot. So just be advised that, unlike most Holiday Inn Express hotels, parking is paid at this location.

While a majority of guests did feel that they got a good deal, there were some individuals who didn't. Some guests mentioned that they expected to get more for their money, especially when you consider how small the hotel can be, particularly the sizes of the pool, parking area, room and exercise room. Some people just expected more bang for their buck.
