Guests thoroughly enjoyed using the outdoor pool which was described as clean and of decent size. There were plenty of comfortable loungers by the pool where the guests could relax and soak up the rays. Those who used the spa facilities said that their treatment was carried out by friendly and knowledgeable staff and that they would unreservedly recommend them.
The hotel is a short walk away from the center of town which many found extremely convenient. Being able to walk to the beach and reach many of the local bars and restaurants on foot was also greatly appreciated by those who stayed here.
The on-site restaurant was praised by many of the guests who described their dining experiences as very positive. The waiting staff was said to be attentive and polite whilst the quality of food exceeded the expectations of the guests who dined here.
Guests whose rooms were facing the outdoor pool said that they were inconvenienced by the noise levels as the pool area was often very busy throughout the day and also in the evenings. If you are looking for peace and quiet then it's advisable to book a room that is not facing the pool area.
Some of the rooms do not have air-conditioning units, much to the objection of the guests who said that their rooms felt uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Although guests were given fans, some said they were inadequate in cooling down their rooms.
Guests objected to the low water pressure as well as the lack of hot water. Some also said that the flushing of toilets in the adjacent rooms and the showers were rather loud and intrusive.
