Guests comment that soaking up the sun while sipping a cool beverage by the spacious pool complex was a pleasant part of the everyday routine on their trip. The weather cooperated, the pool is sparkling clean and refreshing. The hotel provides plenty of loungers, beach towels and parasols. The beach is just a stone's throw away and the ocean view from the pool terrace never fails to enchant.

Guests have kind compliments for the lavish landscaping that surrounds the property, noting that the abundance of greenery and tropical flowers enhance the elegant upscale atmosphere of the complex and that the grounds are a nice destination for a pleasant walk.

The staff at the hotel are described as cheerful, energetic and accommodating, responding to all guest requests with a smile.

Some guests have reported that the hotel did not live up to their expectations in that it seemed a bit rundown and the cleanliness standard they anticipated was not in evidence. One guest remarked that there were stains on the bedding and they found other people property left in the room.

Returning guests remark that the property is not what it once was, voicing their disappointment in seeing that the complex is beginning to appear a bit faded and does not appear quite as elegant as it once was. However, the staff is great and the location is ideal and the hotel is still considered a good choice for a restful getaway.

Guests note that the check-in process was slow, however they note that what the staff lacked in efficiency they more than made up for with in smiles and wrm hospitality. When groups check-in the lobby is especially hectic and it would be helpful to have additional personnel working on the desk to speed-up the check in process.
