Queens has some lovely staff who eagerly help guests make the most of their stays. They're easy to get a hold of for questions and requests, and respond as promptly as possible. The pleasant communication and attention are definitely assets to this inn.

When you need basic accommodations during a short London stay, this is a decent option. The rooms are of a fair size, the rates are cheap, and the location is perfect for reaching a lot of sites. Public transit is close, many places are within walking distance, and the surroundings are safe and comfortable. It's also a good choice for contractors who may be in the area for a week or two.

Although the rates already benefit economy travellers, they can be reduced slightly more, if you stay for a considerable time. This can be an added incentive for using this as a base.

It's difficult to have a restful and peaceful sleep, due to beds that are too hard. Many also report that the springs can be felt, thus overall, it's not the fluffy and cosy bed furnishings that are expected.

Housekeeping is very poor at times, resulting in rooms and bathrooms that have not been properly refreshed. Stains, garbage, mould, unclean kettles, and facilities that smell and are extremely dirty, ruin staying here.

You'll be disappointed if you're looking forward to an ample, fresh, and delicious breakfast. The ingredients are of poor quality, under or over cooked, and in portions too small to satisfy an appetite.
