Negative Reviews
negative:
Parking can be difficult.
If you are arriving in your own vehicle, parking can be a bit of an issue. Only paid off-site parking is available and takes ten minutes to walk to the hotel. This is simply too far if you are carrying heavy luggage or if it is raining. The off-site parking is also quite expensive.
negative:
Only one slow lift.
There is only one lift installed in this hotel and can become quite a problem during peek times such as breakfast time. Although there are only about 30 rooms in this boutique hotel, if you don't want to take the stairs, you might end up waiting a minute or two for the lift to reach you.
negative:
Noisy when windows are open.
Although the rooms are soundproofed, if you feel like leaving the window open at night for some fresh air, you might not be able to get to sleep as the noise from the busy street below can keep you up. However, the rooms are well insulated in terms of any internal noises from neighboring rooms.
