Negative Reviews
negative:
Communal areas may appear tatty.
Although most guests don’t mention this, some guests do complain that the communal areas of the hotel are starting to show their age. Perhaps this is more noticeable now that the guest rooms have been refurbished.
negative:
Some issues with noise.
Various guests complain about thin walls, noise from nearby construction and traffic noise. That said, this is London and noise doesn't seem to be a major problem. It’s worth taking earplugs and requesting a quiet room.
negative:
Lacking personal touches.
This is probably a matter of personal opinion but a handful of guests were disappointed to find out just how basic Premier Inn hotels are. So long as you don’t expect luxuries like a swimming pool or extras like tissues and deluxe toiletries, you shouldn't be too disappointed.
