Negative Reviews
negative:
Lack of air-conditioning is a problem.
Numerous guests comment on the lack of air-conditioning at this hotel, often describing the temperature in their room as ridiculously hot. Even the fan and an open window doesn't seem to help. Some guests were offered refunds because of this issue.
negative:
Extra charges.
Although guests tend to feel they have enjoyed good value for money at this hotel and the room rates are certainly reasonable, some do feel that the extra costs can mount up. Breakfast isn't included, nor is parking. Plus, you’ll need to pay extra to enjoy the premium Wi-Fi service.
negative:
Minor niggles in the restaurant.
Reviews of the on-site restaurant are generally positive although a few minor niggles do arise from time to time. These include comments about slow service and, more frequently, that the restaurant, particularly the breakfast area, sometimes seems a little crowded.
