Guests love the location of this hotel., Situated in "Zone Romantica", the center of Puerto Vallarta is easily accessible and a variety of shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Guests also liked the close proximity of the beach to the hotel.

A handful of guests who've stayed here have advised that the hotel is starting to look a little tired in areas, and would benefit from slight renovations. That said, most guests felt that this alone would not stop them from returning to this accommodation.

It's worth bearing in mind that the hotel is situated in a fairly noisy part of Puerto Vallarta. Guests seeking a quiet room should request this upon booking, as some rooms (overlooking the hotel bar) are noisier than others.

Although out of the control of the hotel, several guests have noted that the beach is rife with vendors trying to sell products and excursions. Most of these guests confirmed that a polite but firm 'no' did the trick in stopping these vendors bothering them again.
