Although the hotel was not near the beach, but rather up in the hills, quite a number of guests remarked that they liked this since it meant they were in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. They felt that things would be much louder closer to the sea.
The pool terrace was clearly guest's favourite part of the hotel. They mentioned that it was a haven of peace and had all the sun loungers and other amenities they required.
Wile not mentioned often, it was reported that most of the parking bays at the hotel had covers. Guests found that this helped keep their car quite a bit cooler during the day than would otherwise have been the case.
While it did attract one or two compliments, the vast majority of guests did not think highly of the breakfast offered. It was said to be very basic, lacking in both variety and quantity, and best avoided if at all possible.
While some liked the remote location, others felt that it was a bit further from the beach than they would have liked. They didn't like that they needed to get in the car every time they anted to go to the beach.
There were many complaints concerning the Wi-Fi. Guests simply said that it was extremely unreliable and not available at all for long stretches of time. But even when a connection was established, it was aid to be too slow for most purposes in any event.
