The hotel is conveniently located and therefore close to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and various public means of transportation. Points of interest such as Mt. Arafat and Mena City are only a short distance away.

All the rooms in the hotel are of fine quality. They are large, modern, well-equipped with tasteful furniture as well as amazing Arabian décor. Guests can enjoy the comfy and well-appointed beds that have enough pillows provided.

Most guests enjoyed the well prepared and presented buffet breakfast. The food was tasty and in plenty. Even those on special diets felt well catered for. The breakfast area is also large enough to house a huge number of people.

Employees are rude and unhelpful at times
A number of guests thought that some of the hotel's reception members were very uncooperative. Their unwillingness to help can put a damper on many guests' stay at the hotel. Most of those affected complained about unmet requests and rude replies.

Wi-Fi unavailable in some of the rooms
A good number of guests were disappointed by the absence of Wi-Fi connectivity in some areas. Only at the lobby you could get a good connection. This was rather frustrating to some as they couldn't access it in the comfort of their rooms.

A few guests have complained about the air conditioning. Some thought the unit was malfunctioning and not working as expected. Others were very disgruntled with the temperature controls, especially during the periods when the weather became intolerably hot.
