The hotel rooms are named after various types of olives, i.e., Taggiasca, Coratina, Nocellara and Frantoio, and our new furnishings made from olive wood make for a lovely and cosy ambience. At dinner time, the kitchen team whips up culinary delicacies from South Tyrol and the Mediterranean as well as special dishes made with olives and olive products. Directly at the hotel you can also purchase olive oil, olive chocolate and many other in-house manufactured products.
