The property is well-located to a number of seaside attractions in Ocean City including the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, around 1.5 miles away. Other popular attractions include Gillian's Wonderland Pier Amusement Park, three miles away, Ocean City Waterpark is also just an eleven minute drive away.

While each of the units are self-contained, there are a few additional amenities that all guests can enjoy including a seasonal outdoor pool, satellite channel access and a free onsite parking facility.

For most people, the Ocean City Boardwalk would be considered to be too far for a walking distance classification. The boardwalk is just under two miles away so consider driving or finding a shuttle service if daily boardwalk excursions are planned.

The communal pool that is offered as a general amenity for all guests to enjoy closes fairly early in the evenings at around eight or eight thirty, not convenient for those who like a late night swim. The pool is also seasonal and not heated, therefore not suitable in colder months of the year.
