Compared to what hotels run for in the Los Angeles area, visitors say this place is a bargain. The rates are cheap, but given the bevy of negative reviews, you should be aware that you get what you pay for.

Some guests said their issues about their rooms were dismissed. They complained that the staff was careless, rude and that they did not take legitimate concerns about the state of the inn and the rooms seriously.

There have been many concerns about this inn about its age and condition. Guests said that the bathroom had black mold, clogged pipes and that the rooms had all sorts of dirt and hair rolling around. They said the air conditioning didn’t function properly. Several said they were bitten by bedbugs.

Guests were not impressed that the hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes, even in the non-smoking rooms. One previous guest reported that the non-smoking room contained two ashtrays. They said the stench permeated the room and that certain furniture even reeked of urine.
