The hotel is within walking distance of many amenities including restaurants, bars and cafes. Guests were pleased to find that they only had a short walk to reach some of the shops as well as the beach. Although close to many attractions, the hotel is located far enough from the hustle and bustle so that guests could enjoy peaceful and quiet evenings. .
The rooftop swimming pool proved popular with many of the guests who described it as clean and of decent size. Many also enjoyed spending time at the poolside bar where the atmosphere was said to be lively and pleasant. Those who visited the spa said that their treatments were carried out by professional and knowledgeable therapists. .
Guests were complimentary about the size of their rooms and also appreciated the large balconies complete with coffee tables, chairs and a hot tub. The bathrooms were also said to be spacious and equipped with modern fittings and fixtures. .
Those who wanted to connect to the internet from their rooms were disappointed to find that the signal was very weak and had to take their devices closer to the reception area where the signal was said to be stronger. .
Some guests mentioned that the level of cleanliness in their rooms was not satisfactory as they found dust and cobwebs as well as unclean floors. Rooms were also not serviced on a daily basis according to some of the guests and also objected their sheets not being changes regularly. .
