Guests have loved the spaciousness of the rooms at Best Western Plus Lex Cebu. All the rooms are very large and have enough space to unpack and move around. The rooms are ideal for couples and families with kids.

Location of Best Western Plus Lex Cebu has been a factor in providing a comfortable stay. It has turned out to be convenient location for several past guests to commute to their desired places. Also there are options with plenty of Cafés and restaurants nearby hotel for the guests to try different cuisines.

The paper thin walls with constant noise does not go well with the hotel's promise of comfort. Moreover, you would not want to get traffic noises from the road side all day long leading to poor sleep and utter discomfort.

The hotel uses electronic key cards for guests to access their room. Guests have had issues as these cards keep on getting deactivated and in certain instances key card could access more than the assigned room which led to confusions and disturbances among guests.

Some of the guests were unhappy with the food at the on-site restaurant. In some of the instances, the food served was not up to the standards almost inedible and quite repetitive. Guests preferred eating in nearby restaurants.
